Small Session Contract
By reading these stipulations and continuing to book in with hd imagery, you are agreeing to the following:
What Your Session Includes:
30-45 mins of shooting
30 edited photos minimum
A digital link to your private, personal album
The Fine Print:
Non-refundable deposit of half required to book your shoot
Remainder of payment required at the beginning of the shoot
Etransfer preferred, cash works too
12 hours required to cancel or reschedule
One location, one date, and one time slot per session
Locations 20+ km from Listowel are subject to 0.50 cent/km charge
Props welcome but not provided
Newborns, babies, infants are all charged as a person in my packages for pricing
Pets that are in all photos count as a person in my packages for pricing as well
Rainy, snowy, misty conditions subject to be rescheduled
Not all poses are guaranteed to be edited. You will receive only the best of the bunch
Editing time varies from a few days to two months
Unedited photos will not be provided and there will be no re-edits unless a technical error occurs
Photos will be retouched and edited for lighting, no major photoshopping included
Photos will be edited in a mixture of black & white and colour
No printing or framing done by hd imagery
To use for marketing, sales, or promotions, please ask for permission
Please credit hd imagery when using on social media
